Payment Policy

• Bank transfer via QR code — the system generates a QR code and transfer details for each top-up order; transactions are confirmed automatically through the SePay payment gateway.
• Other methods (for example international cards) may be offered depending on the product and are shown at checkout.

We do not collect or store your card details or online banking credentials.

1. Sign in, open billing, and choose a top-up package.
2. The system creates a top-up order with a QR code, valid for 60 minutes.
3. Transfer the exact amount and transfer content as instructed.
4. Once the payment is received, credits are added to your account automatically, usually within a few minutes.

Top-ups are only available as listed packages shown in the app; see our Pricing Policy for details. Topped-up credits are non-refundable under our Termination and Refund Policy .

If you have transferred money but credits were not added (for example, wrong content, wrong amount, or an expired order), please contact us with a screenshot of the transfer receipt and your account email. We will reconcile and add the corresponding credits, or return the money to the originating account if it cannot be applied to your account. Transactions charged twice due to a payment system error will be refunded.

You may provide invoicing details when topping up. Invoices for your top-ups can be downloaded from your account.

• Data in transit is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS.
• Transactions are confirmed by the payment gateway and your bank.
• We do not store your card or banking passwords.

Referral program participants may request a commission withdrawal from 100,000 VND. Requests are reviewed and paid by bank transfer to the account you provide. We may refuse or reverse commissions showing signs of fraud or abuse.

First-time withdrawal

Before your first commission withdrawal, an individual or organization must contact us to sign a commission agreement. Withdrawal requests are reviewed only after the agreement is signed.

Tax obligations and documents

• Individuals: are responsible for declaring and paying personal income tax on the commission received, in accordance with Vietnamese law.
• Businesses/organizations: must issue an invoice to THECODEORIGIN CO.,LTD for the commission amount to substantiate the source of funds before payment.
