This policy explains how Media lists prices and calculates charges. The official price is always the one displayed in the product when you subscribe or pay.

1 Pricing Principles
- Each plan or usage tier has a clear list price in the product.
- Prices may be listed in USD and converted to VND at the prevailing exchange rate at payment; credit balances (if any) are managed in VND.
- The limits and benefits of each plan are shown before you confirm.
2 How Charges Are Calculated
- Charges are applied per billing period or per usage as shown in the product.
- Charges are deducted from your credit balance or paid directly, and recorded as transactions in your account.
- When your balance or plan expires, paid features are suspended; if unpaid after 7 days, related data may be deleted (see our termination and refund policy ).
3 Taxes and Invoices
Prices may be subject to taxes under Vietnamese law. Invoices for payments and top-ups are available in your account.
4 Top-Up Packages and Credits
You can top up using the packages listed in the app (1 VND = 1 credit). Packages, amounts, and bonus credits may change; current information is shown in the billing section of the app. Top-ups are only available as listed packages.
5 Top-Up Bonuses
From time to time we may grant bonus credits when you top up above a certain amount. Conditions and amounts are shown at the top-up step and may change or end without notice. Bonus credits have no cash value and are non-refundable.
6 Price Changes
We may adjust prices over time. New prices apply only to charges incurred after the effective date and will be announced on the website or by email before taking effect.
