This document sets out the conditions and restrictions that apply when THECODEORIGIN CO.,LTD provides Media services. Read it together with our Terms and Conditions .
1 Who May Use the Services
The Services are for individuals and organizations with the legal capacity to enter into a contract under applicable law. If you register on behalf of an organization, you must be authorized to represent it.
2 Conditions of Use
- An Media account with accurate information (signed in through THECODEORIGIN ID).
- Identity or phone number verification when requested.
- Payment of the fees for the plan or usage you have selected (if any).
- Agreement to the Terms and Conditions and related policies.
3 Usage and Technical Limits
- Usage is limited by the plan you have selected (for example number of users, storage, or API calls); usage must not exceed those limits.
- Infrastructure is shared among customers; you must not use the Services in a way that affects others.
- We do not support editing source code or custom configuration performed by customers themselves.
- You are responsible for backing up your own data.
4 Restricted Content and Activities
The Services must not be used for:
- content or activities that violate Vietnamese law;
- infringing, fraudulent, or phishing content, or malware distribution;
- spam, cryptocurrency mining, attacks, or system scanning;
- unauthorized access to others' data or our infrastructure.
5 Service Area
The Services can be used from anywhere with Internet access, provided you comply with Vietnamese law and the laws where you reside. Data is processed under our Privacy Policy .
6 Changes and Interruptions
We may modify, maintain, or suspend parts of the Services, with reasonable notice where possible, and do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for interruptions caused by third parties or force majeure events.
