Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

These Terms are the general baseline for all use of the Services. Where a signed contract or service agreement exists between THECODEORIGIN and you, the terms of that contract take priority over these Terms in the event of any conflict.

You create an account and sign in through THECODEORIGIN ID, which may be combined with third-party providers such as Google and GitHub. When you do, we receive basic profile information (such as your name, email address, and avatar) from the provider, subject to the permissions you grant.

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We may ask you to provide a phone number for account verification and customer support. By providing it, you authorize us to contact you regarding your account, security, billing, and support issues related to the Services.

Media is an online software service (SaaS) that we operate and deliver over the Internet. The specific functionality of each product is described in the product.

Plans and features may change over time.

6.1. Credit-Based Billing

The Services may operate on a subscription or prepaid-credit model. List prices are shown in the product and may be converted to Vietnamese Dong (VND) at the prevailing exchange rate. You purchase credits by topping up your account balance. Charges are applied per billing period or per usage as shown in the product, deducted from your credit balance automatically (or paid directly), and recorded as transactions in your account (see our Pricing Policy ).

6.2. Expiry, Non-payment and Data Deletion

When your plan expires or your credit balance reaches zero, paid features are suspended and you are notified by email. If the fees remain unpaid for 7 days, the related data may be permanently deleted. Paying before then allows you to resume the Services. You are responsible for keeping your balance sufficient and for maintaining your own backups.

6.3. Taxes and Invoices

Prices may be subject to applicable taxes under Vietnamese law. Invoices for your payments and top-ups are available in your account.

6.4. Referral Program

If you participate in our referral or ambassador program, commissions and withdrawals are subject to the conditions shown in the product. We may withhold or reverse commissions obtained through fraud, abuse, or self-referral. Before your first withdrawal you must sign a commission agreement with us; individuals must self-declare personal income tax, and businesses must issue an invoice to THECODEORIGIN CO.,LTD (see our Payment Policy ).

You retain ownership of the data and other content you create or store on the Services ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Services. You are responsible for Your Content, for having the rights to it, and for keeping backups. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy .

If you connect third-party software, APIs, or services to the Services, you are responsible for obtaining and complying with all necessary licenses and terms for them.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• violate any applicable law, including the laws of Vietnam;
• post, distribute, or link to unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, phishing, or malicious content, or content prohibited under Vietnamese law;
• send spam, mine cryptocurrency, launch denial-of-service or other attacks, or scan or probe systems without authorization;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to, or interfere with, the Services, other customers' data, or our infrastructure;
• use the Services in a way that degrades them for others.

We may suspend or remove accounts or content that violate these rules, and we may disclose information to authorities where required by law.

All content, trademarks, logos, and code provided by THECODEORIGIN as part of the Services remain the property of THECODEORIGIN or its licensors, unless otherwise specified in a signed contract. These Terms do not transfer any such rights to you.

The Services are operated in compliance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including those of your own jurisdiction.

We strive to keep the Services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with reasonable notice where possible, including for maintenance. THECODEORIGIN is not liable for outages or disruptions caused by third-party services, network or hosting providers, or external APIs.

THECODEORIGIN shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where it results from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, pandemics, government actions, power outages, or infrastructure failures, as defined under the applicable laws of Vietnam. In such events, both parties shall discuss in good faith to find the best solution.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, THECODEORIGIN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of your use of the Services. Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to THECODEORIGIN for the Services giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless THECODEORIGIN, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

You may stop using the Services and request closure of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Services and other users. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a reasonable period.

Any individual or entity with the legal capacity to enter into a contract under applicable law may use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it to these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Da Nang, Vietnam.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through our website or via email. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
